My Hobbies

Art has been a huge aspect in my life. Drawing was one of the things I grew up with and I continue to do it as I grow older. Weather it be landscape, portrait, flowers, etc. my love for drawing is evident through my art. I see drawing as the basis for most of my art and I see it in my love for painting, woodburning, etc.

I dedicate most of my spare time towards reading. My favorite genre is fantasy and I also enjoy reading about medical science. I also enjoy writing reviews on every book I read so that in the future I remember what I liked/ didn't like about the book. I love finding things in books to incorporate in my own writing.

My love for photography sparked from a young age when my dad, who was also a photographer in his youth, encouraged me to appreciate the small things in life by capturing them. I took yearbook in 9th grade and will take film in 11th and 12th grade.

I find writing as my way to escape from reality. Weather it be poetry, short stories, or my novel, I find writing very therapeutic and my own way to creatively show the world in my eyes.
